Bulundu\u011fumuz alan toplamda 7500 metrekare alan hemen 1915 \u00c7anakkale k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ve \u015funu s\u00f6ylemek istiyorum. Biz Lapseki Belediyesi olarak buray\u0131 sat\u0131n ald\u0131k. Bu sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z alan kapal\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131k olmak \u00fczere iki b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fuyor 700 metre kapal\u0131 alan olacak, i\u00e7erisinde yemekhanesi olacak, yaz g\u00fcnlerinde d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in 600 metrekare alan var, \u00f6n taraf\u0131 deniz. Otopark\u0131yla, kapal\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131k d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn salonuyla, sahiliyle, kafesiyle birlikte tam bir \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir tesis olacak. Bitti\u011fi zaman Lapsekililer g\u00f6recek buras\u0131 uzun y\u0131llar Lapsekili vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n isteklerine cevap veren bir yer.
